rve the structure of trabecular bones at different level of BMD,and evaluate the trend direction of trabecular bones structure of femoral head.Methods Measure the E?modulus and BMD with DEXA of bones in femoral head,and universal compression machine respectively;measure the static bone histomorphometry parameters with computer?controlled image analysis system;test the correlation between BMD and E?modulus,BMD and static bone histomorphometry parameters statistically.Results BMD could reflect E?modulus and static bone histomorphometry parameters very well.Conclusion BMD can reflect E?modulus and static bone histomorphometry parameters very well,and can be used in prediction of collapse of femoral head after avascular necrosis. 【摘要】 目的 探討香丹注射液抗急性心肌缺血有效部位。方法 采用垂體后葉素致大鼠急性心肌缺血實(shí)驗(yàn),基于正交設(shè)計(jì)和徑向基函數(shù)神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò),提出了香丹注射液的藥效預(yù)測(cè)模型。采用留一法檢驗(yàn)對(duì)模型的預(yù)測(cè)能力進(jìn)行了交叉驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果 預(yù)測(cè)藥效與實(shí)驗(yàn)藥效之間存在
